Surfers Paradise

The City of Gold Coast is the local government area spanning the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and surrounding areas. Based on resident population in the 2016 census, it is the second largest local government area in Australia (City of Brisbane being the largest). Its council maintains a staff of over 2,500.

Cavill Avenue is a street and a pedestrian mall in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. It is in the heart of the Surfers Paradise shopping and entertainment district. It was named in honour of the man credited as the founder of Surfers Paradise, James Cavill, known as Jim Cavill.

Soul is a 243 m (797 ft) tall residential tower local along the Esplanade, close to Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. It has overtaken Circle on Cavill as the second tallest building on the Gold Coast, behind Q1. The building was approved by the Gold Coast City Council in October 2004 and finished construction in 2012 along with the next stage of the Gold Coast renovation project.

The Mantra Towers of Chevron Surfers Paradise (previously Towers of Chevron Renaissance) form a three–tower residential resort in Surfers Paradise, on the Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia. The resort is part of the $400 million Chevron Renaissance development that also includes the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre; a retail, dining and entertainment complex located at the base of the towers.

Paradise Centre is a shopping centre located in Surfers Paradise, Queensland on the Gold Coast. It is located in the tourist district on Cavill Avenue and has stores selling a variety of goods.
