Hyundai Global Business Center (Korean: 현대차 글로벌 비즈니스 센터) is a 105-floor, 569-metre (1,867 ft) supertall skyscraper scheduled to begin construction in June 2019 in Samseong-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul.

Tower Palace Three, Tower G, or simply Tower Palace Three, is a 73-floor luxury residential skyscraper in Seoul, South Korea. The structure was originally designed to be 93 stories high, but was later scaled down due to zoning rights imposed by city regulations. A notable feature of this structure is the implementation of the Y-shaped tripartite floor geometry which maximizes views and floor space.

Whimoon High School (Korean: 휘문고등학교; Hanja: 徽文高等學校) is a private high school in South Korea, located in Daechi-dong, Seoul. It is one of the oldest high schools in South Korea.

Samseong Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 2. It serves the eastern area of Teheranno. Some of the more famous buildings near the station include World Trade Center Seoul, COEX Mall, Korea Electric Power (KEPCO) headquarters, Korea Air City Terminal (buses run from here to Incheon and Gimpo Airports, and vice versa), and Gangnam main police and fire stations.

The Samsung Tower Palace is a group of seven towers, lettered A-G. They are located in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. They range from 42–72 floors, all built between 2002 and 2004, and all used as luxury residential complexes. Tower Palace "G", which is 73 floors and 264 metres (866 feet) high, was the tallest building in Korea since 2004 but was surpassed by the Northeast Asia Trade Tower in 2009.

World Trade Center Seoul (WTC Seoul) (Korean: 한국종합무역센터; Hanja: 韓國綜合貿易센터) is a building complex centered on the COEX Convention & Exhibition Center (Coex) on Teheranno in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu district of Seoul. It is operated by KITA (Korea International Trade Association).

The Trade Tower in Gangnam district, Seoul, is one of South Korea's tallest buildings. The 54-floor Trade Tower high-rise was built in 1988 and stands at 748 feet (228 m). It resembles two quadro-level towers in mirror image of each other. It is part of the COEX complex. Its 52nd floor hosts a restaurant.

The Korea City Air Terminal in Gangnam district, Seoul, is one of South Korea's Airport terminals. It is part of the COEX complex.The Korea City Air Tower is a public transportation facility in which travellers on certain flights can check in their luggage at the terminal before leaving for the airport as well as going through immigration for expedited entry once at the airport.

The Seonjeongneung is the burial grounds of two Joseon Dynasty kings and one Joseon queen. The westernmost tomb belongs to King Seongjong (r. 1469–1494), the ninth king of the Joseon dynasty. His first wife, Queen Han, died at age 18 and is buried near Munsan, north of Seoul. His second wife, Queen Jeonghyeon (貞顯王后, 1462–1530), from the Yun family, is buried here because she gave birth to the king's second son (the future King Jungjong) in 1506.

Seolleung Station is a Seoul Subway station that serves Line 2 and the Bundang Line. The station is named after the nearby Seonjeongneung, Joseon Dynasty royal tombs Seolleung (선릉, 宣陵) and Jeongneung (정릉, 靖陵).On Line 2, the preceding and following stations are Yeoksam Station and Samseong Station. On the Bundang Line these are Seonjeongneung Station, which connects with Line 9, and Hanti Station.
