Ponale Hydroelectric Power Plant (Italian: Centrale idroelettrica del Ponale) is a pumped storage plant, located in city of Riva del Garda in the Italian province of Trentino, on River Ponale between Lake Ledro and Lake Garda. Its output capability is 76MW.The station was built in 1928-1929 and, following rework of the pipes, underwent overhaul in 1998.

Molina di Ledro was a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. On January 1, 2010 it merged (with Pieve di Ledro, Bezzecca, Concei, Tiarno di Sopra and Tiarno di Sotto) in the new municipality of Ledro. It is the most populated frazione of the municipality.

The Ponale is a 7-kilometre-long (4 mi) river originating in Lake Ledro (Lago di Ledro) in Trentino, Northern Italy.The river first passes Molina di Ledro, Prè di Ledro and Biacesa, there feeding a fish farm. Starting from Biacesa the Ponale enters a steep canyon, and after a cascade the Ponale flows into Lake Garda close to Porto del Ponale.

The Giardino Botanico Preistorico di Molina di Ledro is a botanical garden on the grounds of the Museo delle Palafitte del Lago di Ledro, located in Val di Ledro near Lake Garda at Via Lungolago, 1, Molina di Ledro, Trentino, Italy. It is open daily in the warmer months; an admission fee is charged.The garden was established in 1994 by the Museo delle Palafitte del Lago di Ledro, and contains cultivated plants that reflect Bronze Age archaeological finds at the site: seeds, dried fruits, and food remnants.
