You can start from Admiralty Rd E and walk upwards to just outside Sembawang Park or vice versa. This is the Sembawang Road PCN constructed for walking/jogging/cycling. The track is clearly marked and well maintained. Very safe and offers a rather cooling atmospheres there are trees lined along the PCN. Good to try it in the morning or evening when it’s not too hot.
