Callan Park is a 60-hectare (150-acre) heritage listed site in Lilyfield, a suburb in the Inner West Council in the Inner West of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.The area was originally a private residence until it was purchased by the Colonial Government and transformed into a psychiatric hospital, known until 1914 as the Callan Park Hospital for the Insane, which remained in use until 1994 when it was relocated to new buildings on the site.
