Hey Ladies!! Just checking in!! It’s a new month and just want to encourage you if you didn’t meet personal goals last month it’s okay. Start fresh this month. Make small obtainable goals and celebrate them when you reach them. I didn’t get my miles in everyday last month but I didn’t beat myself. I gave myself grace and tried again the next day. Don’t give up if you miss a few days, just pick up where you left off. You deserve to be healthy!!
