Yesterday(7/12), I went to Kyoto Concert Hall to attend the Kyoto Mixed Chorus (Koyu-Con)’s performance of Bach’s St John Passion. The concert lasted about two hours.

On July 3, I attended a concert by the Chiaroscuro Quartet at Kyoto Concert Hall. The program featured Beethoven’s Razumovsky Quartet No. 2 and Schumann’s Piano Quintet. I was also able to get autographs from all the quartet members, including Alina Ibragimova, as well as from fortepianist Mr. Kawaguchi!

Today’s 30min walk. Kyoto is a city of shrines and temples. The major shrines around Kyoto University are Kumano Shrine and Yoshida Shrine. The last photo is of Chion-in Temple.
