Since June 2nd, I’ve committed to a personal goal of 20,000 steps a day — that’s about 3.5 hours of walking and 7 miles daily. Rain or shine, even walking until 11PM some nights… but I stayed on track and I DID IT! 💪
The results? I’ve lost almost 1.5 kg, slept better than ever, and feel more energized every day.
A big shoutout to all my fellow steppers — you’re amazing! Let’s keep pushing ourselves and having fun along the way.
