I think we blew the app up with all the steps we been getting. Great job everyone 👏🏾. Shontrai I see you on the 400,000 level steps for the month. Joshua I see you passed me up yesterday 🦾. The app stop working last night it did not calculate all my steps. I wanted to be in top three and I’m sure that was not going to happen even if the app was working correctly. We all pushed ourselves to be better this month. Ahmed is on the 500,000 level that took years of work to get on that level. If you just started you should be proud. Let’s keep going. When the challenge is over in 9 days keep going. Don’t let the app stop you from getting your steps 🦾.

I see you Joshua, Candice, Brandon S, Ashton, Courtney, Mrs. Williams is in therapy y'all for her knees and she is here walking with us thats inspiring. Chante’l, and all of you thank you. Larry started the challenge and it has changed my life. My standard was 6,000 steps a day. I have been getting over 10,000 steps for the last 13 days. I’m not stopping it’s a lifestyle for the rest of my life I want to walk every day even in the winter. My husband a few years ago got 620,000 steps for the month. I’ll tried to keep up and get 20,000 steps a day, what he told me was I would burn myself out trying to keep up with him. So I’m telling yall now do what you can have your standard be consistent. I’m doing 10k a day and I’m not trying to catch Darnell LOL I’m not going to burn myself out because the next day I’m not going to want to walk. Miles passed away August 16, 2009 and it’s still hard. I thought the Miles challenge would be easy but I was wrong. If you walk for 20-30 minutes a day to get a mile it would take you 40 days to get 40 miles for Miles. Start those GPS get those 40 miles for Miles. Let the challenge inspire you to walk one mile per everyday do it for yourself.
