I’ve been walking since May this year to try to rehabilitate my back injury (SI Joint Dysfunction/Lumbar Facet Injury). I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism in September. My weight has continued to decline despite being more active than I’ve been in years (intentional walking wise). I hate how I look, I’ve been working so hard, doing what I need to do and it feels all for not. I’m very depressed (yes, I see a psychiatrist often and go to therapy) about this, my self esteem is in the gutter and don’t know where I’m going wrong. Just needed to vent.
