After a week\'s holiday, I\'ve put on some weight. However I also did a lot of walking and swimming in between stuffing my face, so it\'s not all bad.

I can definitely do up my jeans more easily!

Up and down a bit this week. Trying to get more exercise to counter the eating (and drinking) now I can socialise again.
