First walk without my husband. He passed away july2, 2026. Seen butterflies and cardinals I want to feel him walking with us. Seen Al and we hadn’t seen him in a very long time. Miss you so much baby . I got to walk with my oldest grandson Cole and a friend that my husband and I both worked with Kim. So glad I can walk with her

What a beautiful day to get back to walking. Have to wear knee brace since I fell in April. I have to get my quads stronger the ligaments that hold my knee replacement are weak. If I can’t make stronger than surgery would be down the road. They would have to put shims in.
