Hey team!
I just realized that this challenge is both collective *and* individual — we all need to reach the total number of steps to succeed.
Recent research shows that **7,000 steps a day** is excellent for overall health. Unlike the 10,000-step myth, there isn’t much added benefit beyond 7,000.
So, to keep things realistic and motivating and to keep our profession I have modify the challenge by doing the math:
**7,000 steps/day × 32 days = 224,000 total steps.**
Whether you’re getting in 1,500 or 18,000 steps a day, what matters most is that you **move at your own pace**, based on your energy, needs, and reality.
