I don’t read all the time, I do when I got hooked on some topics and wanna learn more about them. When I do Low Intensity Physical Activity (LIPA) like walking, I listen to podcasts like the Joe Rogan Experience (The most recent one on the Coronavirus is very insightful) and videos on YouTube. Yesterday I listened to the channel ‘What I’ve learned’ which covers issues like diabetes, the effect of keto diet and prolonged fasting on brain health, gut health and overall wellbeing.
