Haven't been outside for a walk in a bit due to the smoke from the forest fires here ( Alberta, Canada) BUT I have been packing up my house apparently I have have been moving around quite a bit because I'm almost about to meet a dragon!

As someone who has never really done any running or walking challenges before, I was completely unprepared for the sore feet and blisters that came with yesterday's 2 hour walk. 😅

I'm getting started today, so I'm gonna be in the chill lower pack 🙃 . I'm so excited to get moving. I just recently got engaged, so this is the perfect way to get in shape for the wedding!
