祖父母を脳梗塞で亡くし、先日母も脳梗塞で倒れました…原因は高血圧だそうです。私も最近運動不足で血圧は高くないものの、自分もいつ脳梗塞になるかもしれないので、食生活を見直して運動することを決めました！娘もいて長生きしたいので、コツコツ頑張りたいと思います！
