Hey guys just finished a ride with favorable weather. 5 mile ride is like a walk around the block for me. Working out later at gym! Feel great!

It’s my birthday today. I’m 72 and still feel good and pushing everyday. Tough ride today going against cold rain and sleet but got through it. Next is a work out at the gym! HOF bless our troops!💪👍❤️🇺🇸
