I started regular walking a couple of weeks back. \nI never believed that one day I can walk more than 6k steps per day (again). \nCouple years back, I walked /run more than 2 hours a day, but depression was what I couldn’t cope with for a while. \nI’m very grateful now that I can get up and go walking. \nI hope one day I’ll be running again 🤞🏼
