A nice crispy early ANZAC monday morning walk with Mum & Dad. Both are still fitness active and every moment with them is super precious. Age is only a number, it's what you do with 'Time' matters. ‘Happy Healthy Parents make Happy Healthy Children’.

‘I came & conquered these routes’ Since day-1, I continue to enjoy this awesome fitness challenge. Regardless of mood, distractions or weather, ‘the 20,000 Steps must carry on’. Walked routes from home to CSC office; twice to Airport look-out point; around Totara heights, Auckland/Manurewa Botanic Gardens & to Manurewa Township; Manukau Heights, Flatbush, Barry Curtis Park & Botany Township. First three days upon start of this challenge was testing, sore quads/calves…with quick re-adaptation, right gears, regular use of Raleigh’s ointments, ‘the Pacer got smoother’ lol. After failed attempt, yesterday I finally completed a self-design Super-Fit Circuit route (in photo)…yayyy! my small victory in celebration. When a goal is set with clarity & enthusiasm conviction, the Mind+Spirit+Body works in synchronicity to manifest amazing results & outcome. ‘Thank You’ Jama for this month’s amazing W@W. 'Moldavite RARO-Delight' ✨ Keeping it simple Rarotonga 🌴 style. I’ll let the photos do the talking 😁 Mum & Dad also enjoying my special treat after Church, today. ---Photos with Ingredients & Finish creation--- BREAKFAST = Milk + Porridge & Energising fruits + toasted Salmon, avocado & poached eggs with alfalfa delights. MEAL = Tuna raw-fish (Raro-style) + Taro, spinach/Kimchi & rice. TREATS = Choice of Herb-tea, Coffee, Fruit-protein shake, Miso-seaweed or mix-Nuts + Fruits. --Sharing some of my Nutritional insights, also ensuring a balancing mix of vitamins, minerals/trace elements, pleasing flavours and food varieties for optimum Health and Wellbeing--- ✨ #2SubChallenge
