it has been -28 (-50 with the wind chill) here in Regina. has been hard to get out and walk so have to hit the laps around the house.. lol but I have continued to he faithful maybe not as many km as I would have if enjoying life outside. HAPPY NEW YEAR to all the faithful walkers around the world... the best to you in 2022.

walking with my 82 year old mom. she has dementia and thinks we are always lost. But the walk is good for us both.

Even tho it is cold here in regina. I still got out yesterday. \nI take care of my mother who has dementia so cold, windy, morning or night. thru this covid crisis when I get the chance I will walk outdoors. is so much better than on a treadmill.
