Lost a few more lbs I am down to 139.5 but having trouble toning myself mostly my arms. It started with getting sick about 6 years ago and rapidly losing 40 lbs then gained some back and now for health reasons I have to maintain a healthy weight. So the toning is so tough need suggestions and encouragement 😊!!
