Hey ladies. So I just want to say that walking has definitely changed my health. Not sure if it’s noticeable on the outside but I feel it on the inside! I’ve had horrible monthly cycles since I can remember. They were so bad I had to take a day or two from work/school and activities. I’d be stuck in bed so sick. Well ever since I started walking with this group, I feel a HUGE difference. Cramping is bearable and I don’t feel as sick. This morning when the cramps became a little bad I got up and walked for about 40 min. By the end of my walk I felt nothing. I’m also able to hold the weight of my butt now lmao. Believe it or not the weight of my butt actually slowed me down. It made my knees really bad. But now I’m able to walk an average of 3.3 miles a day and I’m building that number up! Thank you Darchele for creating this space!!!
I forgot to add this photo. Its showing that my activity from 6pm-7pm was completely wiped when I was in fact walking on zoom with the group. If anyone knows how I can possibly fix this that’s be greatly appreciated. *ive already tried re-syncing and that didn’t help.

Anyone else having issues with syncing? I ended Tuesday with 4,587 steps. But pacer on my watch says 407 steps, and in app says 1785 steps. My Apple Watch activity said 4587. But when I went to resync it brought my activity down to 407 steps, which is physically impossible. Before my workout at 6 I had a little under 2000 steps, and the workout brought my steps up to 4587. But now my watch activity log is emptied. My exercise log is gone so it looks like I didn’t even participate. I log every walk we do as indoor workout to track. I was only able to take photos after the sync wiped everything but you can still see the inconsistency with numbers.

I’ve been outside for 3 1/2 hrs doing detail work on my car, with the amount of work and sweat I just had I was so excited to open my watch, just for it to be under 2,000 steps. Y’all know I’m mad.
You ladies won’t see much of me on the leaderboards today! I’ll see you guys tomorrow on Zoom.
