I'm at a season in my life where fitness is not about how good I look (even though that ain't gone change😂) but more about lifestyle. I want an exercise rountine that can actually fit my life and although I enjoy running I find that I feel better and more energized with longer walks and the bonus is I don't feel like it has to be done it's something I want to do. Tight now I am looking for the simple steps to a healthier life.
