Good day all March 23 was a good day most of my journeys and steps were accomplished within the work location being up and down, but I was still able to get in a mile and change outside every steps count every kilometer counts. You may not see it right away but overtime you will see the progression. Let’s be safe and enjoy as always.

Good afternoon it’s March 22 Sunday. The weather is slowly getting warmer. That means I’ll be able to do longer goal to meet my journey slowly, but surely it will be accomplished. Don’t have the time that I had last year but on the weekend I will make up for it. Let’s be safe and enjoy as always.

Good evening the day was well. The journey and my goal was continue and complete completed. I was able to go over to the pier today. Check it out to see how it is so as the weather get warmer, most of my goals will be completed around the pier Canarsie pier and Shirley Chisholm Park let’s continue it as the weather gets warmer, we have more light. We don’t have to worry about the cold, so let’s be safe and enjoy as always.
