Weighing in Sunday at an astounding 196.2!! \nI am 5’6” started at 162+ (I didn’t weigh myself often)\nHow did you do it?\nA lot of cardio while keeping my heart rate elevated, working out different muscle groups different days, and A LOT of dieting— no bread, no sugar, no soda, no red meats so basically I am on a VERY STRICT diet so that I do NOT consume more calories than I know I will burn.. veggies, hummus with wheat thins, coffee with milk, premier protein shakes, plenty of water. water. water. 3-6 bottles daily, white meat example chicken, fish, sardines, tuna etc. “Mindful eating” I eat when I know it’s time and I stop myself from indulging. Once I started seeing physical results my perspective changed for good. I set weekly goals 😊
