1. Launch Pacer, and from the home screen, swipe up.
2. Select Activity under Log My Health Data.
3. Select your activity type, or select Custom at the bottom of the page. Choosing a particular activity type will allow you to calculate the number of calories based on time.
4. After selecting your activity, customize your activity by adding:
Steps
Date
Start Time
Duration
Calories - Will be automatically calculated based on the activity type and duration, but you can change the number manually

5. Tap the blue Save button.
