I thought I’ll take Day 5 and Day 6 as rest days - but I ended up not going on Day 7 and Day 8 as well.
BUT- “it is the courage to continue that counts”- Winston Churchill. Back at it on Day 9. Performance was like that of Day 1- experienced brain fog - so couldn’t concentrate on the run as much. Came home and made smoothies to help with the brain for. 🧠
