Gym session today was nice. Lots of stretching and used resistance bands to target glute activation. Treadmill 30 minutes. Sometimes it’s hard because I’m not seeing results. But I feel different. Less bloated. When I got home I made a protein shake but didn’t drink much of it. I’ve incorporated Maca root powder in my daily intake. On days that I do lower body workouts I use 4 tablespoons in my green tea.
