I\'m holding a steady weight at 160. I still eat what I want. In moderate portions. I need to find ways to add more steps and better tracking of my mobility steadily walking. Elliptical workout. Steps and use of whole body.

Today be mindful, focus, and I hope your day is pleasant. Get in the steps at least 1000 steps and drink at least three bottles of water. Check my BP, bpm, HR and blood oxygen. Take meds and eat kidney friendly meals. Low sodium and low in cholesterol.
