At Caprock canyon hiking with Bill. Tuesday we went 4.6 miles hiking. Wednesday we hiked a different path3.5 miler + 1.5 miler.saw pictures and could not stand the way I looked. Time to be serious. I used to do a lot more and be in much better shape.
