My goal was 8k steps a day, kept missing it. Reduced the goal to 6k and for 24 days, I have been consecutively achieving my goal. Rather my average is above 9k because I felt motivated achieving the goal each day.\n\nNow, I am increasing the goal to 7k after every 3 to 4 weeks of consistency in achieving my goal, I will keep ramping my goal to ensure consistency.
