I haven’t walked regularly for exercise in 10 years! I used to walk half-marathons, quarter-marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks (and even one full marathon when I was 50 years old)! I am preparing for a trip to Kenya in September, so will be walking every day for the next month. I’m working with a trainer to develop core strength and general fitness and endurance.
