A year ago you all had me inspired to make a change …. More recently - I confess - I’ve let it slip!! Posting candidly in the photos my step profile / average from May 2025 and the same for last week … (2,923 average 😳)
We are all working incredibly hard and that leads to a lot of desk time (& limited movement) — but it doesn’t take much to make space for a run, a jog or a walk (before work, at lunch, in the evening, maybe even a meeting while walking) - it just takes intention and encouragement.
Really looking forward to the notes, pics & stories from all of you to help spur me on — this is about wellbeing & engagement - for ourselves & each other !!
I’m aiming to get back to last years average and even to try to beat it - that’s my goal, what’s yours?
