Day 20 completed and still happy I have been consistent for now and I hope you are proud of you too 😊 Still eating healthy after my birthday’s friend this weekend: 1st is konjac and zucchini pasta with chicken. 2nd is chicken with some veggies 💋

Half way of this amazing challenge and I feel super happy and already see some changes on my body 😊 I will weight myself at the end of the challenge to not put pressure on me or be disappointed because weight is not the necessary the reflection of ourselves this is a lesson I have learned with time! So happy I kept my word and reached 15k next step is to reach 20k for the first time next week. I like that I am more comfortable walking each day and even leveled up 🥰 I hope you are all happy with what you’ve done so far and let’s keep shining together 😘✨✨
