Fergus & Fifi had me up at 2am and then 5am 😳, think an early night or an afternoon snooze is on the cards 😂😂😴😴

Gym, food shop, cleaning now going to take Lucy for a walk 😊🐶🐾

Gym this morning 🏋🏼‍♂️, dentist, catch up with my OT via zoom, then walked Lucy, a little cold out there today in that wind 🐶🐾🥶💨
