You may have noticed 04/27/2026 was my last active day after a perfect streak. I finally had my laparoscopic surgery. My abdomen is opened in 4 spots with the exit incision being 4.5 inches 😅 so yeah I’m not gonna be active for a bit. I have a minimum 6-8 weeks recovery after surgery. I’ve been in constant pain consistently everyday for the past 2 years and finally I’m cured! What a long journey! I’m so grateful and happy so I’ll get back at it as soon as I can 💪 with medical clearance of course. I have this annoying JP drain still attached until 05/13/2026. But yeah, I’m gonna be able to hike and leave further than 30 minutes from my home 😆 thank god!

22k finished 12 miles not shabby, beautiful day! Learned some new songs and got a Dunlop Cry Baby for my guitar rig.
