Today’s run was a mixed bag of conditions. I started running in 50 degree weather and after a couple miles the wind started blowing ( HARD ) & lasted about another mile & then it was time for the RAIN 🌧️—-I have to admit that the rain was kinda warm—- then everything cleared up and the sun came out —- BEAUTIFUL RUN 🏃‍♂️ 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👍👣👣👍👍

Happy Friday everyone 👋 ; Another windy run this morning 🌬️. Kinda chilly 🥶 but I got my run in. Tomorrow my youngest son & his girlfriend are coming up from Indianapolis for the day—- we haven’t seen them for three years so we are looking forward to the visit.

Still in Indiana— I didn’t get as many steps as I usually do but I stayed in town to avoid as much wind as I could and for the most part it worked. But it is a little boring staying in town and seeing the same scenery over and over. This is the first day we have not been rained in the afternoon— that was nice 👍
