so I\'ve just started using this app and I\'m really not sure what I\'m doing.. my main goal is to loose weight, as it\'s piled on during lockdown.. so I\'m starting with 6000 steps a day, if anyone can help explain to me how I add posts to the feed or how I get badges, just how the app works id really appreciate it, also anyone else just starting their journey an wants a friend along the way, that would be great too!
