Today, chest/arms day. Barcelona is wonderful. I need to post more Barcelona photos. Currently, I’m flying Berlin-Barcelona twice per week which is as annoying as it sounds… but the new company and Barcelona are worth it.
Only, my cats, who I left in Berlin, freak out, peeing the apartment all day, missing me. 😳🙄🐈🐈⬛

- Chest fly: 3x12 15 kg (needs to be 17.5 kg)
- Lateral raises: 3x10 15 kg
- Cable pushdowns: 3x10 37.5 kg
- Bicep curls: 3x12 12.5 kg
- Chest fly: 3x12 12.5 kg (too light)
- Lateral raises: 3x12 12.5 kg
- Cable pushdowns: 3x10 35 kg
