In Barcelona, watching the sunset. Busy day.\n\nI’ll be staying here for the next 4 weeks, and if all goes well, for the next years. The flying between Berlin and Barcelona became a little annoying already, so I’ll stay longer this time.\n\nI’ll try the new gym tomorrow. The food is also so cheap here. I ate 20 Korean dumplings today 😂 and now I am finally full.

I forgot to use the app for some time. 😅 But weather is good, working out daily, doing great. Today, chest/arms day. Barcelona is wonderful. I need to post more Barcelona photos. Currently, I’m flying Berlin-Barcelona twice per week which is as annoying as it sounds… but the new company and Barcelona are worth it. Only, my cats, who I left in Berlin, freak out, peeing the apartment all day, missing me. 😳🙄🐈🐈‍⬛ Anyways, today - Bicep curls: 3x10 15 kg - Chest fly: 3x12 15 kg (needs to be 17.5 kg) - Lateral raises: 3x10 15 kg - Cable pushdowns: 3x10 37.5 kg - Bicep curls: 3x12 12.5 kg - Chest fly: 3x12 12.5 kg (too light) - Lateral raises: 3x12 12.5 kg - Cable pushdowns: 3x10 35 kg

Back in Berlin. Short business trip to Barcelona where it was raining. 😭 Today, back workout. Funny moment when a group of 25 women spawned on me, waiting for a pilates course. They’ve been staring at me, which I’m actually used to but: nature and my testosteron kicked in 😂 and I lifted faster and heavier than planned. So, when they left, my hand grip was so weakened that I had to shorten the workout, unable to hold a 80 kg barbell anymore. 😂 Women. Today - Bent over rows (warm up): 2x10 70 kg - Bent over rows: 3x10 100 kg - Cable rows: 3x10 100 kg <— 😂 - Lat pulldown (wide): 3x10 90 kg <— 😂 - DB 3 point rows: 3x10 35 kg (tired) 😂 - Bent over rows: 3x10 90 kg (grip issues) - Cable rows: 3x85 kg - Lat pulldown (wide): 3x10 80 kg (tired) - Bent over rows: 3x10 75 kg (very tired) Sauna was good. 🧖‍♂️

Just arrived in Barcelona. More tomorrow. 😴 \n\nThis morning though, it was a light squat day. Felt great. I’ve also helped that woman in the photo to squat heavier. She did great but hesitated to lift heavier, so I decided to ask her if I shall help her a little, taking away the fear. \n\nThe thing with lifting is that especially beginners and women fear to lift heavier, so if you can take away that fear from them and let them, together with you, figure out their max lift, it’s an eye opener for them. And it’s only natural that you fear taking on more weights.\n\nAnyways, need to sleep after the nightly hotel check in but this morning it was a light leg day:\n\n- Back squat (warm up): 5x10 70x2,100x3 kg\n- Back squat: 3x6 120 kg (easy)\n- Narrow squat: 3x16 90 kg\n\nI guess I can go heavier soon. It appears that I’ve recovered from February. 🤮🤢🤧😷\n\n😉
