We walked a 5 mile loop around our new town to visit all the Little Free Libraries on the 30th. We'll be doing it again, but here are a few of the neat things we came across. Here's the big question though: why isn't Pilates an exercise choice in this app!?
I started Pilates a year ago and love how it alleviates all of my back pain and improves my balance (not to mention the muscle tone it created). Why wouldn't an app focused on getting fit and enjoying life recognize it? Anyway, have a great day on motion!
