Staying fit and healthy isn’t always about putting on a big show, like going to the gym and lifting heavy metals. It’s the small, quiet promises you make to yourself. The ones you can break and no one would know, but you don’t. You show up everyday and meet this promise to your body on its terms, through struggle, through pain, through sweat. To the little voice in your gut that says you can quit on any given day, but you don’t.
