I failed ☹️
I couldn't maintain the streak. It is harder than I thought. I don't have the capacity to get a hold onto it. I don't wanna push myself too much because I'll get burnout and stress juggling between 9-10 hours work and 1-2 hours of walking.
Back to 3 years ago, I was obsessed of getting those numbers. 10k steps, 2 hours walk, 6-10 km. 100-300 calories. I could continue whining, but I'm not gonna do that. So, let's be positive here. It may be hard for me to get 10k steps every single day, but I'll try to walk and be active as much as I can every day.
