Everything was awesome until March 2013 when I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. Now it\'s Nov. 2019 and 6yrs. cancer free. I\'m going to just keep on walking, my 1st 5k is Nov 2019. God bless all ❣

well halloween was fun, my neighbors had a horse trailer in their driveway with a kegger for the parents, I love my neighborhood. Well the day after halloween I had a monsterous headache so I went to my doctor and he took my blood pressure was through the roof, 225/110. My doctor sent me to the ER immediately and I am still there. I should be out of the hospital in a day or so. I could use your prayers my doctor said I was really close to having a major stroke. I never thought I would miss walking but I would love to get out of here and take a nice 5k walk. Miss you all!! \nπŸ™πŸ˜‡πŸ™

These are some of the pictures from my last fishing trip. This pandemic has made it pretty nice for fishing long range. This boat is 95\' long and normally would hold 100 anglers but with the pandemic there was a 30 angler maximum but even with that maximum we only had 18 anglers on the trip. The trip I was on was a full day trip (5am-5pm) and we left out of Dana Point Harbor and fished out at Catalina Island on the back side of the island. There was a steady catch of Calico Bass, Bonito, Yellowtail, Barracuda, and Mackerel if you could get them past what we fishermen call the Tax Collector or the Man in the grey suit, the California Sea Lion. Those pesky seals probably took 50\% of the fish that we caught. At the end of the day I ended up with 5 beautiful Calico Bass up to 20\" and I kept a couple Bonito that had some size to them. At the jackpot weigh in I was surprised to see that out of all those Yellowtail caught they were all pretty small and that the leading fish was a Macker

I didn\'t think this day was going to happen because I was supposed to be gone on a fishing trip. But last night when we showed up at the landing we were told our tuna trip was cancelled due to mechanical problems on the boat. We rescheduled the trip for next Monday but that enabled me to continue my long walk streak of 260 days of my 3.3 mile loop (5k+) followed by a second walk in the afternoon of 2.5 miles to make my 10,000 step goal. Today I realized that I had a few new badges. God bless you all πŸ™πŸ˜‡πŸ™

getting on with the month I received another 14 day badge and another 5k badge. Today was my 252nd consecutive day that I\'ve gotten up early and completed my 5k+ (3.3 miles) loop and then later in the day take a second walk to complete my 10,000 step goal rain or shine, usually ending up with anywhere between 11,000 and 14,000 steps. \nGo Team !!!

I got my 10,000 steps plus a few extras today. I took a walk down to the gazebo to checkout the sunset πŸŒ‡, this is looking towards Dana Point Harbor. God bless you all πŸ™πŸ˜‡πŸ™
