This just proves that exercise, intentional movement and healthy eating are essential for overall wellbeing. I am so grateful and blessed that I have the ability to move. I don’t take that for granted. There are so many people who are prisoners of their own bodies. I thank God everyday for my good health. Daily exercise is not easy. It is a commitment to yourself. It is an investment and an intentionality that I live by daily. I am proud to be in my mid 60s and living my best life. My motto is leave the drama at the door, release any negativity. Embrace positivity and be grateful. Silence is my new superpower. I no longer react, argue, or defend myself to those who don’t value my time, my voice, my efforts or my peace. Life is way too short and I intend to live out the rest of my life to the fullest extent possible. As long as I have breath in my body I will continue to live my best life as God intended. With God’s grace and mercy there is nothing I cannot do 🙏🏾♥️🫶🏾🙌🏾
