You can fake anything but never the results. It’s been 32 days I’ve been working on my health and my body, After a couple of years of long flight, great food, delicious wine and some pretty lame gym excuses I was embarrassed to take off my shirt out the beach lol, so I decided to workout and I did this without a trainer but what i lacked in age and fitness and made it up more in my mindset. I love Leigh style and he mixes up the exercises so well, the two cardio machines I focused on were the rower and airdyne bike.. 30 days ago my 2000 meter was 9:45 and as you can see yesterday 7:29.7 including the 29olds..a lot of improvement for me.. if you wanna know how I did it you can ask me 😊... maybe I will share the secrets soon.. thank Pacer for motivation 😊... have a great day everyone \n#commited #mindset #amplifiedliving #shirtoffalready #workout #zeal #motivation

An old friend who I sailed across the Atlantic sent me these photos\n I visited Spain a place called “ESTAPONA” run a beach bar, selling chickens, and studying karate etc. when I decided to fly to Mexico and I thought I will be opportune to learn Spanish \n\nSome said to me, I should consider sailing along, I was immediately even though I’ve never been on a boat \nI stared visiting the local marinas asking if anyone need a crew.. when they discovered I had zero experience, they would always say “sorry we need only experienced crew” Slowly I adapted, my story went from NOVICE to RUSTY. Finally I boarded the DORCAS SUE a 45ft ketch (all photo attached) and began a voyage across the Atlantic, Gibraltar 🇬🇮 to the canary island to the Cape Verde 🇨🇻 and then across to Barbados 🇧🇧.It was in the second day when my captain “tommy tune” (search goggle ) from Little Rock Arkansas yelled “Edward go down the pointy end” because he no nautical idea on how to sail but I will just do it anyway \n\n

It keeps getting better everyday... some people don’t do more because they have got no one to motivate them...we are all born into this life, with just one life to live... so whenever you’ve got no one to give you that energy you need.. just motivate yourself and do more.. you can be that energy you need... thank you pacers and thank God everyday 🙏🙏🙏
