An old friend who I sailed across the Atlantic sent me these photos\n I visited Spain a place called โESTAPONAโ run a beach bar, selling chickens, and studying karate etc. when I decided to fly to Mexico and I thought I will be opportune to learn Spanish \n\nSome said to me, I should consider sailing along, I was immediately even though Iโve never been on a boat \nI stared visiting the local marinas asking if anyone need a crew.. when they discovered I had zero experience, they would always say โsorry we need only experienced crewโ Slowly I adapted, my story went from NOVICE to RUSTY. Finally I boarded the DORCAS SUE a 45ft ketch (all photo attached) and began a voyage across the Atlantic, Gibraltar ๐ฌ๐ฎ to the canary island to the Cape Verde ๐จ๐ป and then across to Barbados ๐ง๐ง.It was in the second day when my captain โtommy tuneโ (search goggle ) from Little Rock Arkansas yelled โEdward go down the pointy endโ because he no nautical idea on how to sail but I will just do it anyway \n\n
