My healthy habit is a screen timer on my social and games apps on my phone. I used to easily waste hours doom scrolling so I use this for an awareness of rhe time I spend and to limit how much time I spend on my phone. Instead of sitting on my phone, I now read or exercise more, have re picked up old hobbies, or will even just sit and take a minute with my thoughts.
