Right after I posted last week, I got sick. I did find it strange that I struggled with my steps, even though I hadn’t the week before. Because of being sick, I still did my walking steps but nothing else. I may not do so great this week either since, aside from still bouncing back, I am still trying to get into a good groove. I am going to try extra hard, this time, to not be hard on my self if I don’t accomplishment a task, or multiple.
