Right after I posted last week, I got sick. I did find it strange that I struggled with my steps, even though I hadn’t the week before. Because of being sick, I still did my walking steps but nothing else. I may not do so great this week either since, aside from still bouncing back, I am still trying to get into a good groove. I am going to try extra hard, this time, to not be hard on my self if I don’t accomplishment a task, or multiple. I am going to carry on with progressing my steps this week, and, even when I don’t complete a task, I will still do those steps, but I will not be adding anything new.\n\nJog Steps: (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat)\n 4x 100\n(2x am, 2x pm)\n\nAb Steps (Escalating):\n Mon: 4x 100\n Tues: 4x 110\n Weds: 4x 120\n Thurs: 4x 130\n Fri: 4x 140\n Sat: 4x 150\n Sun: 4x 160\n(2x am, 2x pm)\n\nWalking Steps: 2x 1000\n(1x am, 1x pm)\n\n(Excess Steps: non-isolated walking)\n\nTotal: 4,000 steps minimum\nWeight SoW: 173.6 Lbs\n\nDiet:

New Week, New Goal…\n\nMy legs feel a lot better. I even pushed them a bit with a lot more walking and some speed walking. Fully Healed!!! 😁. New week, New Goal…\n\nI was advised, due to my chin splints, to stop running for 3-4 weeks. This is the start of week 3. I will resume running (slowly) next week. I did not stop my walking steps, although I did slow them down a bit.\n\nThis week…\n\nRunning Steps. 0/day\nWalking Steps. 8,000/day\nAb tightening steps. 5x 1min each/day\nElevated push ups. 10/day\n (Arms length angle)\n\nPictures attached are Aug 11 & Aug 25. (I can see some difference)

New week, new goal…\n\nI had trouble keep up the stretches and diet due to space & time constraints. This week I am just going to focus on the steps since they seem to be the most important at the moment.
