I'm allowed to do this once a month with my gym membership so I'm scheduled to do it the last Tuesday of every month.
I'm gonna put my results on here so you can help me stay accountable ok?
My next one is scheduled for the 28th (next Tuesday). I'm really hopeful to see some results because I have been working hard!
There were days that my step counter was only 300 to 500 steps per day.
NOW...
My current step goal is 4500 and I'm busting right through it ALMOST every day!
For example, yesterday I did over 12,000 steps!!!
Also, every 2 weeks on Mondays I'm increasing my step goal by 500.
