good Morning Pacers Monday and Tuesday fun. even though I came up short on my 30 minute run which is to me a bad thing. it's a not a matter of 2 seconds it's a matter of well I gave up 2 seconds last time what's 10 seconds today which then you end up with a cascading effect and then the next thing you know ahh 15 minutes good enough. so set a goal and ABSOLUTELY CRUSH it everytime. remember head up shoulders square and learn from your failures as I have that's where the growth is. have a great day y'all 🤙🤙☕☕☕☕🤙🤙
