Well, a bit of a shocker, I’m in Riverside hospital right now after experiencing a minor stroke Friday at 6:00pm. So far the results of scans show a 90\% blockage of artery on the right side and 80\% blockage on the left. Looks like they are going to cut me up this week which will take a month to recover then they’ll operate on the other side. Looks like my steps are going to take a serious hit

Too cold outside to be running today did some inside lap work instead for 6 miles

Big weekend of technical trail racing with a total of 45 miles.
